These general Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts entered into with MAISON PASTIS.

COMMUNICATION

The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you are going to be communicating with us. If you subscribe to the newsletter on our website, you are going to receive regular emails from us. We will continue to communicate with you by posting news and notices on our website and by sending you emails. You also agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications we provide to you electronically meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

INFORMATION ON STOCK AVAILABILITY

The availability of products corresponds to the availability of products on our online shop. If you wish to be notified on the availability of an item, you may subscribe to the product back in stock notification by email, when available. Alternatively, you may contact us at mail@maisonpastis.com if you do not see a product that you are looking for on our website. Please note that we do not guarantee that all products featured on the website are in stock or available for purchase. We preserve the right to stop selling a product.

PRE — ORDER

We do not offer the possibility of pre-ordering at MAISON PASTIS. If you wish to be notified on the availability of an item, you may subscribe to the product back in stock notification by email, when available. Alternatively, you may contact us at mail@maisonpastis.com if you do not see a product.

PUTTING AN ITEM ON HOLD

We do not offer the possibility of placing items on hold, all sales are subject to a first come first served bases.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order has been placed it is no longer possible to adjust, cancel or add to your order. We advise you to place a new order for the desired item(s). Once an order has been placed it is no longer possible to cancel it.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND STATUS

You will receive an email to confirm your order as soon as the payment is approved.

CHANGING YOUR CONTACT DETAILS

If there are alterations needed to be made on contact and/or address information, you may reach out to contact us at mail@maisonpastis.com. Please be advised that longer delivery times may apply due to any changes made after your order has been placed.

CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS

Once your order has been placed you can no longer change your payment details.

PRICES

All the prices are indicated in CHF (Swiss Franc) and all taxes are included. The prices applied are those shown on the website at the time of ordering.

LIABILITY

Any potential liability arising in connection with the sale or delivery of MAISON PASTIS’ products or use of this website is limited to the extent possible under the applicable law. The amount of a potential claim due to MAISON PASTIS’ liability is further limited to the purchase price of the sold product in question.

MAISON PASTIS does not assume any liability for the descriptions of third parties, in particular customers within the framework of the online shop or our social media presence published customer reviews.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement and all legal relationships hereunder are governed by Swiss Law. The United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Products (CISG) is not applicable. With regards to customer contracts, this choice of law applies only to the extent that the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the customer has his habitual residence is not withdrawn.

The courts of Zurich, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute in connection to this agreement. With regard to customer contracts, the courts at the customer’s domicile in Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MAISON PASTIS reserves the right to change, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without notification.
